Hi Beer Lovers!
We’re excited to announce our next class in our Beer Education Series. The next class will be about malts: one of the main ingredients in the beer making process. Join us in exploring the characteristics of a variety of malts and learn about how this grain is used to make your favorite beers the way that they are!
The class will take place in our taproom from 7p-9p on Tuesday, February 16, 2010. Attendance is limited to 30 people, so be sure to register soon! Even those of you who had requested to be on a wait list previously need to register ASAP, as we cannot hold spots for the classes without confirmation that you are interested in the particular topic of discussion. To register, simply go to our online store (www.shop.eaglerockbrewery.com). Cost of the class is $30 and includes all course materials. Registration fees are non-refundable so please be sure that you will be able to attend prior to signing up.
